Your imView™ subscription can only be installed on one computer. If you would like to monitor more then one PC, you will need to purchase another imView™ subscription.
Once imView™ is installed on a computer it gets locked for that particular computer. If for any reason you need to change the computer where you installed ImView earlier, you will need to contact imView™ support staff and get your account reset. Only after resetting your account, will you be able to effectively install imView™ on your new computer.
